Visiting Hours
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Saturdays: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Visitors are not allowed outside of visiting hours.
General Rules
- Bringing food and drinks from outside is prohibited during visits.
- Smoking and loud conversations are strictly prohibited within the clinic.
- Set your phone to silent mode and avoid speaking loudly during visits.
- Visits are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes.
- Pets are not allowed in the clinic.
- Clinic property must not be damaged.
Patient Safety and Privacy
- Respect the privacy of patients and their families.
- Patients should report valuables to the service nurse and hand them over to security with a written record.
- Patients should not leave the clinic without notifying the service nurse.
- Avoid direct physical contact with patients and handle medical supplies carefully.
Hygiene Rules
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after your visit.
- Wear a mask and cap when necessary.
Important Information
- Who is informed about the patient’s health? Only first-degree relatives.
- Which patients should not be visited? Those with contagious diseases transmitted via contact or respiratory droplets.
- Who should avoid visiting? People with infectious diseases (e.g., viral infections).

- Avoid getting too close to the patient.
- Always maintain proper hand hygiene.
- Refrain from actions that may disturb the patient’s mental state (e.g., shouting or crying).
